In case you’re wondering, the last game played was on Tuesday, January 28 and the NFL has run more games than AJA Baseball in the same time frame.
Counting tonight, we have cancelled 7 games in the last week and if the forecast holds, the rest of the week is not looking good either. Because we are running up against the clock, we are holding off rescheduling games until after Sunday to assess how many games need to be made up, what dates are available and the best plan of action with regards to the remainder of the season and playoffs. Our permits are good until March 16 so we don’t have a lot of time and we have 27 regular season and 11 postseason games to get in.
