Last night, Ewa defeated Waipahu 11-10, the second straight victory for Ewa and third straight defeat for Waipahu. With the victory, Ewa is now tied with Sheridan for 5th place but Sheridan owns the 2nd tie-breaker with a better record against teams ahead in the standings.
Tonight, Manoa plays its final game of the season against McCully and a chance to end McCully’s 7 game winning streak. Meanwhile, Waialae and Pearl City will do battle at Hans L’Orange as Waialae looks to remain in either a tie or sole possession of first place and Pearl City needs a win to either move back into a tie for first or stay within two points of first place.
