The Oahu AJA Baseball League Championship Playoff Tournament continued with Game 3 (Sunday 3/8/26 1pm at the Ala Wai) as #1 Sheridan beat #5 Manoa 14 to 4 in a 7 inning 10 run mercy rule game. Sheridan pounded out 20 hits, led by the 4 rbi 3 hit performance, including a 2-run homer, of Jared Yara. Contributing 3 hits each were Joey Maekawa, Josh Inaba, Sean Tanaka & Landon Yamamoto, who also had 2 rbi. Sheridan’s Randyn Rios pitched a 7 inning complete game, allowing 4 runs on 8 hits, striking out 7. Manoa was led by Jonny Sakurai’s 2 hits.
#1Sheridan advances in the Tournament to play #3Mililani, who earlier beat #2 Waialae 8 to 3. Sheridan will challenge Mililani in a Best 2 of 3 series, starting on Wednesday (3/11/26) 7pm at the Ala Wai and concluding on Sunday (3/15/26) to determine the Oahu AJA Baseball League’s Champion.
