Two games last night greatly impacted the top of the standings!
At Ala Wai, Manoa and McCully played to a 5-5 tie in Manoa’s last game of the season. Manoa finishes the year 3-12-1. Meanwhile, Waialae cruised to its 7th straight win with a 14-2 victory over Pearl City.
With the victory, Waialae is now in sole possession of first place with 24 points and sets up a huge showdown doubleheader with #2 McCully on Sunday at Ala Wai Field. Waialae, McCully and Pearl City are guaranteed at least a top 3 seed.
Tonight, Kaneohe looks to keep its playoff hopes alive with a victory over Sheridan at Ala Wai Field. A Sheridan victory moves them within two points back from #4 Waipahu.
