Kaneohe AJA 2025-26 Loses Despite Out Hitting Waialae AJA 2025-26

Kaneohe AJA 2025-26 fell 4-1 to Waialae AJA 2025-26 on Wednesday at Hans L’Orange Park – Baseball Field despite out-hitting them five to four. Colten Amai-Nakagawa led Kaneohe AJA 2025-26 with two hits.

Waialae AJA 2025-26 jumped out to the lead in the top of the fourth inning after Jaryn Nakamoto drew a walk, scoring one run, Tyler Nitahara was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, and Seamus Yoneshige induced Jordan Murai to hit into a fielder’s choice, but two runs scored.

Yoneshige stepped on the hill first for Kaneohe AJA 2025-26. The starting pitcher allowed four hits and four runs over six innings, striking out nine and walking one. Mark Okano stepped on the hill first for Waialae AJA 2025-26. The hurler surrendered five hits and zero runs over seven innings, striking out 10 and walking two.

Braxton Kihara stole two bases.

Murai led Waialae AJA 2025-26 with two runs batted in from the number nine spot in the lineup. The center fielder went 1-for-3 on the day. Okano, Murai, Lama Carreira, and Gavin Okada each collected one hit for Waialae AJA 2025-26. Waialae AJA 2025-26 turned one double play in the game.

Kaneohe AJA 2025-26 will travel to Sheridan AJA 2025-26 for their next game on Sunday.
