MAUI AJA BASEBALL
2016
The Maui AJA Baseball season will officially get under way on January 3, 2016 at the Maui High School Field in Kahului with double headers on Sunday. Games will move to Iron Maehara Stadium on January 24 continuing with double headers on Sunday but also under the lights on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Sunday games will begin at 10:00 and 12:30 and weekday games will start at 6:30.
Maui will again field four teams, with last season’s Champions Happy Hour leading the way. Also returning will be 2015 runner-up Asahi’s, Daimyo, and Maui A’s. We’re looking forward to a very exciting year of Maui AJA Baseball.
Leading the Maui AJA Will be President Dean Yamashita, League Manager/Vice President Eddie Espiritu, Treasurer Chad Saki, Secretary Cheri Nashiwa and Board Members Wesson Furomoto, Ikaika Lau Hee, Chase Corniel, Howard Nakasone and Glenn Otani with Senior Advisors Warren Shimabukuro and Neal Fujiwara.
